Convertible debentures will be issued
Based on the authority given by the extraordinary general meeting on 29 December 2022, the Board of Directors of SPENN Technology A/S has decided to issue convertible debentures in the amount of NOK 30 million.

The amount corresponds with the interest from a group of investors that secures further funding for continued development of SPENN Technology.
The debentures are issued with a 10 per cent interest rate for a 24-month term. The target price is based on the 30-day share price average prior to date, which corresponds to DKK 0.1506 per share. Loans include an option to purchase SPENN shares at a fixed price of DKK 0.20 for an amount equal to the loan given.
