SPENN’s share commences trading on the OTCQB market in the United States
SPENN shares begin trading today on the OTCQB Venture Market in the United States under the symbol "SPNNF".

Joining the OTCQB Venture Market allows over-the-counter trading in SPENN’s ordinary share listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market. This is expected to increase visibility and accessibility in the US capital market thereby providing greater liquidity and value to the company’s shareholders.
“The purpose is to increase access to US investors, to increase volume and liquidity in our security, and to bring greater value to our current and future shareholders. Cross-trading on the OTC Markets will facilitate US investors to trade in our ordinary share in US dollars, with a US ticker symbol, during US Market hours,” says CEO of SPENN Technology, Jens Glaso.
The SPENN share will remain listed in Denmark under the symbol “SPENN” and will continue to trade there. No new shares will be issued as part of the OTC Markets admissions process.
