Capital increase
Company Announcement no. 98.
With reference to Company Announcement 96 regarding the extraordinary general meeting in SPENN on the 25th of January 2023, the Board of Directors in SPENN Technology A/S has used their authorization to execute a private placement with nominee value of DKK 5,90 share price DKK 0,20 to Janus Invest AS. The capital increase has been registered with the Danish Business Authority on the 2th of February 2023.
