Following acquisitions and expansions in 2021, the SPENN Group now includes more portfolio companies and subsidiaries than ever before. Although the Company has worked very hard on meeting the communicated deadline for publishing its 2021 Annual Report, the audit and consolidation process for the SPENN Group has unfortunately taken longer than expected.
